People we are just getting into the thick of this COVID-19/social distancing/quarantine/pandemic business. I’ll be honest when I say I’m not SUPER prepared to spend another month holed up in my makeshift classroom.
BUT – with that said, we here at Pretty Clear are of the school of thought that we need to make the most of this time. Rather than wallow in our lack of socializing sorrows or cuss out all the TP hoarders, we’ve decided to revel in our time home with our families, Netflix, and 7000 trips to the refrigerator.
For the most part I feel like this has been pretty glorious. However, I do not want to diminish the pain and REAL suffering others that are truly affected by this madness are feeling. Our hearts go out to all the medical and governmental staff that have been working dangerously and tirelessly to get us through. Not to mention the individuals and families wrecked by the disease itself. It’s completely devastating to watch what others are dealing with. But, for those of us that are (luckily) just collateral damage trying to do our best to stay out of the way, we can absolutely find the silver lining – if we want.
In any case, it’s frigging April. Which means it’s time for a calendar update! We know there probably isn’t much to add to your personal lives on your calendar – other than STAY HOME!
